Inspecting Homes Since 1991
Choosing the best home inspector can be a confusing and difficult decision. Home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, reporting methods and of course different fees. A thorough home inspection requires extensive expertise and consistent effort. Ultimately, an inspection depends on the inspector’s ability to apply their knowledge by scrutinizing the building to identify any potential concerns while highlighting positive assets. Steve and Zach promise they will treat your potential new home as if it were their own money on the line, and they will work for your best interests. They want you to have peace of mind when you make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Zach and Steve take inspections several steps beyond simple investigation and disclosure; they turn the process into an educational experience for home buyers. Clients are highly encouraged to attend the in-depth inspection in order to gain a full understanding of both the positive and negative aspects of the house. Following the inspection, a detailed report is prepared to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of the property for their records.
With a combined experience of over 35 years and 13,000 inspections, Zach and Steve bring the highest level of expertise and passion to every inspection. This experience, along with constant continuing education, means you can be sure you are getting the information you need to confidently buy or sell your home. Every inspection includes a detailed, clearly written, and concise report, with continued advice after the inspection. Zach’s phone is always on and he loves to talk about homes!
